This is the Super Cyclone Handbag made by Little Earth.  It features 2 authentic recycled license plates wrapped around 6-inch recycled chrome hubcaps. In addition there is also a recycled rubber handle and a recycled rubber and bottle cap snap closure. The interior is lined with felt and features an elastic lipstick holder.  The exterior is also embellished with hundreds of  authentic Swarovski crystals!
