A. No, we never will sell information to third parties.
Q. Are Body by K products cruelty-free?
A. Yes, we have a strong commitment to make our products cruelty-free. All of our bath & body products are vegetarian friendly and most are even vegan friendly.
Q. What does Body by K do to limit waste?
A. We recycle everything we possibly can in our office (paper, fabric, boxes, etc). We also try to create products that can use recycled materials as a component. We are also currently developing several products that will use recycled materials. We hope to have these products available very soon.
Q. Does Body by K offset energy consumption in some way?
A. Yes, we purchase a form of tradable renewable energy certificates, also known as TRCs or green tags. These TRCs support renewable electricity production nationwide. For every unit of renewable electricity generated, an equivalent amount of renewable certificates is produced.
Q. Aren't flip-flops a wasteful product?
A. Generally, yes. Our flip-flops are 100% rubber so they can be recycled in rubber recycling programs.
Q. Are your products made in Hawaii?
A. Yes, unless the product description says otherwise.
Q. How do you ship products?
A. We generally ship items via USPS Priority Mail using recycled boxes. Items should arrive within 2-3 business days depending on your location.

A. We are located in beautiful Hilo, Hawaii. We also are represented in San Francisco, CA and Atlanta, GA.

A. Yes, our products are Paraben & Formaldehyde free.
Q. Are your products organic?
A. Our products contain mostly organic ingredients.
Q. Do you use artificial scents or colors?
A. No, we only use essential oils and every product is naturally colored.
Q. Can I receive a full list of ingredients for each product?
A. Most pages provide a full list of ingredients. However, if a page is missing this information you are welcome to email us and we will send you our ingredient list for the product that you want to know more about.
Q. Do you use Kona coffee in your products?
A. Yes, we use 100% Big Island grown Kona coffee for our bath & body products.
